User Agreement and Disclaime

Thank you for using the Thermography of Wuhan Guide Sensmart Technology Co., Ltd. This User Agreement and Disclaimer is an agreement signed between you and Wuhan Guide Sensmart Technology Co., Ltd.(referred to as Guide Technology) when registering user name (also known as "account", hereinafter referred to as "account") or before using various products of our company. User Agreement and Disclaimer is provided by Wuhan Guide Sensmart Technology Co., Ltd. If you register and use the products or services of our company, this agreement will take effect immediately, which means that you agree and accept this agreement. Please note that your use is subject to these terms, services and requirements.
We attach great importance to your privacy. Your privacy may be involved when you enjoy the services provided by Thermography. Therefore, please read this privacy policy carefully before using this product.
I. Thermography Permission Description
Some functions and/or services of Thermography may require you to open the following permissions. You have the right to turn these permissions on or off at your own discretion. Turning them on means that you authorize Thermography to collect and use this information to realize relevant functions. If you do not use these functions and/or services, you can choose not to turn them on or off. Thermography will not collect this part of information, and turning them off will not affect the use of basic business functions. This policy is supplemented by more detailed information and processing rules related to the personal information processing or platform functions involved in the access scenario.
II. How will we collect personal information？
(1) The personal information collected by this product includes: images taken by users, video information taken by users, location information of users, audio information, WiFi information , and IP address. This type of information is the basic information that must be collected to complete the addition of smart devices and further provide you with this service.
(2) Use of camera: Based on your express authorization, we may apply for the permission to open your camera, and you have the right to refuse or cancel the authorization. This function is used to add and display relevant data of equipment label QR code information by scanning QR code, which is used to import equipment information and enable infrared equipment to measure temperature normally. This function is an additional function and can be turned off.
(3) Recording permission: When you use our recording function, we will collect your voice information according to your consent and service needs. You can choose to turn on the voice annotation function. After turning on the voice annotation function, you may need to obtain your voice information. When you finish editing the infrared image, you can view the corresponding voice information when editing the infrared image. It can also conduct voice conversation with the device end through the intercom function, which is an additional function and can be turned off.
(4) Recording permission: When you use our recording function, we will collect your video information according to your consent and service needs. This function allows you to take a screen capture of the video when you view the video recorded by the device. You can view the screenshots of videos and photos in "Photo Album ->All Pictures". We will not use your screenshots elsewhere or share them with a third party.
(5) Location permission: In order to provide you with location services, we will apply for opening access to your personal location information, need to obtain your location information (for obtaining WiFi list), enable the device to connect to the WiFi network you choose, and will not use the location information elsewhere, nor share it with a third party.
(6) Read/write storage permission: open the read/write storage permission, which is convenient for storing pictures, videos, downloading files, updating applications, and will not provide your storage data to any third party.
(7) Wi-Fi information permission: When you connect the device on the connection page, we will obtain the Wi-Fi information of the currently connected device, which is used to detect whether the current device is an infrared thermal imager device, so as to provide the related functions of the infrared thermal imager)
(8) IP Address: To allocate service information nearby and improve overall user usage and access speed, we will collect your IP address. We will not use your IP address information elsewhere or share it with third parties.
III. How will we use your personal information？
(1) You can use this product to turn on the camera function of your mobile phone according to your needs. This product only captures infrared images when you are shooting.
(2) When you edit the infrared image you captured, you can choose to enable the voice annotation function. After the voice annotation function is enabled, we may need to obtain your voice information. After completing the infrared image editing, you can check the corresponding voice information when editing the infrared image.
(3) This product does not directly read and obtain your location information. You can turn on the location service in the system settings of your mobile phone. This product will only obtain your location information after you turn on the location service. The location information is presented on the captured infrared image.
(4) You can use this product to turn on the camera function of your mobile phone according to your needs. This product only records infrared video when you are recording.
(5) If your mobile phone is equipped with Bluetooth and FTP functions, the infrared images and recorded infrared videos you have taken will be able to transmit infrared images and infrared videos to each other through Bluetooth or FTP.
(6) If your smart device requires connectivity, you can connect through WiFi to complete the addition of the smart device. To ensure access speed and improve overall service, IP address services will be allocated nearby.
(7) When connecting an infrared thermal imaging device, this product only checks the Wi Fi on status and the name of the connected Wi Fi device, and does not obtain any additional Wi Fi information.
IV. How will we protect your personal information？
(1) We attach great importance to the security of personal information. We have taken security measures that meet industry standards to protect your personal information.
(2) We take data protection technology and management measures commonly used in the industry. The infrared images or recorded infrared videos captured by our products will be stored in the corresponding location of the mobile phone. We have imposed access control measures, and data not obtained by this product cannot be copied to the storage location of this product.
(3) Please know that although we try our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send or authorize to us, our products also have network connection function, and our products can only transmit infrared images and infrared videos through Bluetooth or FTP if you need to transmit each other, The Internet environment is not absolutely safe, and we will not be liable for any risks and losses arising therefrom or in connection therewith.
V. Your rights protection and response.
(1) Our products satisfy your related rights in personal information: right to know, right to decide, right to restrict, right to refuse, right to inspect, right to copy, right to portability, right to correct, right to delete, right to automated decision-making, etc. .
(2) You can delete the infrared images and recorded infrared videos you have taken in the corresponding storage location.
(3) You can disable the audio recording function when shooting infrared images.
(4) You can use this product without enabling location services in the mobile phone system settings. This product only obtains your location information when you enable location services in the mobile phone system.
(5) You can log off the account of this product by clicking the avatar in the upper left corner - Settings - Account and Security - Log off the account.
(6) If you encounter any problems when using this product in the future, you can contact the email address marketing@guide-infrared.com. And we will deal with the problems you encounter as soon as possible.
VI. Other Rules
According to relevant laws and regulations and international standards, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without your authorization and consent in the following cases:
(1) Related to performance of our obligations under laws and regulations;
(2) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(3) Directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, examination and approval and judgment execution;
(5) For the purpose of safeguarding the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain authorization and consent;
(6) The personal information involved is disclosed to the public by the personal information subject or guardian;
(7) Necessary for signing and performing the contract according to the requirements of the personal information subject;
(8) Collect personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
(9) It is necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as finding and handling the faults of products or services;
